Zayane:

I am currently a Master 2 student in the Master MTI programme at Dauphine University-PSL, Mines de Paris & INSTN (CEA), with a background in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Leiden University.I am particularly interested in exploring the organisational dynamics that drive innovation. For the past two years, I have worked in innovation units within large companies in the mobility and construction sectors, where I managed high-risk exploration projects that were often ill-defined and uncertain. In my work, I seek to identify strategies that can effectively support and accelerate the innovation process in large, decentralised organisations.I’d like to continue my career in a cross-disciplinary role managing exploration projects in France and internationally or working as a consultant in the culture and entertainment sector.

Romain:

I am currently a Master 2 student in the Master MTI program at Dauphine University-PSL, Mines de Paris & INSTN (CEA), with a background in Mathematics and Physics.I am deeply passionate about technology and the luxury sector, especially watchmaking. Over the past two years, I have worked in IT and R&D for watchmaking companies, where I had the opportunity to use the innovation skills from my master’s program and blend my expertise in micro-mechanics with computer science.I would like to continue my career in this field and work on new innovations in the watchmaking industry, bringing together cutting-edge technology, sustainable practices, and savoir-faire.
